This Privacy Policy explains how Thuluth ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, as well as health and activity data you choose to sync from your device or connected wearables.

• Account information: email address, profile details such as age, gender, height, and weight (only if you provide them).
• Health and activity data: steps, heart rate, sleep, nutrition, workouts, blood glucose, blood pressure, body temperature, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, and other metrics you choose to share.
• Device information: device type, operating system, and app usage data used for diagnostics and improvements.

2. How we collect health data

We use third-party integrations to connect your wearable devices and health platforms, including Terra, Apple Health, Samsung Health, Health Connect, Garmin, Fitbit, Oura, and Ultrahuman. You control which data types are shared through the permission prompts in the app, and you can disconnect any integration at any time.

3. How we use your information

• To provide personalized insights, dashboards, and recommendations.
• To calculate health metrics such as calories, recovery, and sleep quality.
• To sync and display data from your connected devices.
• To improve app performance, fix issues, and develop new features.
• To send you important service updates if you opt in to notifications.

We do not sell your personal or health data to third parties.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the app:

• Terra: used to connect wearable devices and normalize health data. Terra acts as a data processor on our behalf.
• Cloud infrastructure: used to host our backend services securely.
• Analytics: used only for crash reporting and aggregated usage statistics, not for advertising.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of your data.

6. Data location and cross-border processing

Primary storage: Your personal and health data is hosted and stored on servers located within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We do not move your primary health records outside the Kingdom.

Cross-border processing: For specific features, a limited amount of data may be processed by approved third-party service providers outside Saudi Arabia. This includes food image analysis, which is sent to our AI provider to estimate nutrition information. We only share the minimum data necessary, and we rely on contractual safeguards and applicable data protection standards to protect your information.

Wearable integrations (such as Terra, Apple Health, Samsung Health, and Health Connect) may also process data according to their own policies and locations; you can disconnect these integrations at any time in the app.

7. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain it by law.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal and health data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Disconnect wearable integrations at any time.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable.

9. Children's privacy

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal or health data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us immediately.
