5. Description of the Service
Thuluth is a wellness platform that provides AI-assisted food analysis, personalized nutrition and exercise plans, symptom and lab interpretation, and comprehensive tracking of health and activity metrics from connected devices.
Features, content, and availability may change, be added, or be removed at our discretion. Some features require an active Subscription.
6. Medical Disclaimer
AI-generated insights and estimates (including calorie, macro, and lab interpretations) may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be verified with a professional.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
- Premium features are offered through paid Subscriptions billed in advance on a recurring basis.
- Prices, billing cycles, and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm a purchase and may change with prior notice.
- Payments may be processed by third-party providers or app store platforms, subject to their own terms.
- You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method on file for the Subscription you select.
8. Free Trials & Auto-Renewal
- If a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid Subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel auto-renewal through your account settings or your app store account.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your Subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by law or app store policy, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not refunded.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative works from the Service.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
11. User Content & License
You retain ownership of the Content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and use your Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service, in line with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the Content you provide and confirm you have the right to submit it.
12. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Thuluth or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.
13. Third-Party Services & Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party providers (for example, wearable and health-data platforms and payment processors). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.
14. Health & Wearable Data
When you connect a Wearable, you authorize us to collect and process the health and activity data you choose to share, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect any integration at any time. The accuracy of imported data depends on the source device and platform.
15. Service Availability & Changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice where permitted by law.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
17. Limitation of Liability
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thuluth from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
19. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for prolonged inactivity. You may stop using the Service and delete your Account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
20. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
22. General Provisions
- Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or transfer.
- Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Thuluth.
- Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
